Note: If you had any scheduled payments or saved bank profiles not tied to Auto Pay, they will be canceled

What happens to my
account? Why do I have to register?
Your account has been moved from financingfortwo.com to the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services
online account
management site, https://mbfs.com/smt/home. This requires you to register a new account. You
will only have to
do this once, and then you can access your account at any time.
What has changed on
the new site?
Moving forward, any Mercedes-Benz Financial Services’ smart and Mercedes-Benz accounts that have
the same
primary buyer will be automatically linked after registration.
What happens to my
bank profile(s)?
If you had previously set up a bank profile on financingfortwo.com that is or was used for Auto
Pay, it will still be available on the mbfs.com site. If a bank profile was used just for a
one-time payment, it will have to be re-entered.
What happens to my
scheduled payments?
If you had a one-time scheduled payment on financingfortwo.com on July 18, 2020 or later, that payment has been canceled.
We apologize for any inconvenience and ask that you re-schedule the payment on the mbfs.com
website. This does not include Auto Pay payments.
Will I see my
online billing statements?
If you were able to previously view your statements online at financingfortwo.com, then yes, they
will be available on mbfs.com. If you had not signed up for online statements previously, you
will be able to add this to your preferences when registering, or anytime thereafter.
